Step 1 : download XAMPP Control Panel 

Step 2 : download WordPress 

Step 3 : paste your WordPress File in C:\xampp\htdocs for open it in browser

Step 4 : Type in browser http://localhost/wordpress/wp-admin/ and setup your configuration WordPress

Now give the credentials for the database.

1. Database Name: Here give the database name you have created for PHPMyAdmin 
2. Username: Keep the user name as ‘root’ 
3. Password: Keep it blank
